Do I need to create a member account?

No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can browse our website, add items to your cart, and place an order using guest checkout.

However, creating a member account offers the following benefits:

  • Faster and easier checkout process

  • Ability to save multiple delivery addresses

  • Access to your complete order history

  • Track your order status before shipment


What if I forget my password?

  • Click on “Forgot Your Password” on the login/sign-up page

  • Enter your registered email address

  • Click “Reset Password”

You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Once verified, you can create a new password.


How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address?

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to “My Account”

  • Edit or update your shipping and billing details

  • Save the changes for future orders

How do I place an order online?

To place an order on the Nishat eStore:

  1. Click on the product you want to purchase

  2. Select the desired size and color

  3. Click “Add to Cart”

  4. A pop-up will confirm the item has been added

  5. Click “Proceed to Checkout”

  6. Enter your delivery details (ensure your phone number and email are correct)

  7. Select your preferred payment method

  8. Click “Place Order”


How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address

  • The email will include your order number and invoice summary

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been placed successfully.


Why does an item in my cart show as unavailable?

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Products remain available to other customers until checkout is completed.

If an item becomes unavailable:

  • You must remove it from your cart to proceed with checkout

Can I cancel my order?

  • You may cancel or modify your order while browsing, before checkout, by updating your shopping cart

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled prior to dispatch.
In such cases, the order will be delivered, and you may refer to our Return Policy if applicable.


How can I pay on your website?

We offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only in Bangladesh

  • Online Payment – Visa or MasterCard (Credit/Debit)

Important Payment Guidelines:

  • Do NOT transfer any money in advance for COD orders

  • Do NOT pay cash to the courier for prepaid orders

  • Nishat is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized payments

What currency do you use?

  • All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT


How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Dhaka: Up to 5 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: Up to 10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


What if I am not available during delivery?

  • Our courier will attempt delivery twice at the provided address

  • Please ensure your address and postal code are correct

If delivery fails on the second attempt:

  • The parcel will be returned to the Nishat head office
