Returns & Exchange Policy – Nishat Bangladesh

At Nishat Bangladesh, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review the following Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Exchange Policy


1. No Cash/Card Refund.
2. For Exchange, all Items must be in original condition with tags and labels intact within 21 days.
3. Discounted/ Sales items can't be exchange or return.
4. Product worn/washed/shrunk will not be exchanged
5. During sale or promotion, items purchased at regular price will be exchanged at discounted price.

  • Customers may exchange items purchased online once only, within 14 days from the order date.

  • Exchanges are allowed within the same product category only, subject to stock availability.

  • Products must meet the following conditions:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With price tags intact

    • Accompanied by the original invoice

  • Items that are used, washed, mishandled, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

  • Nishat reserves the right to reject exchanges if care instructions are not followed.

  • Accessories and discounted (sale) items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Footwear Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges for footwear are allowed within 10 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are permitted only for the same product.

  • Exchanges for different items or categories will not be entertained.


Damaged or Opened Parcels

  • Customers are advised not to accept parcels if:

    • The package is damaged

    • The seal is broken or opened

  • If any item is damaged or missing:

    • Contact us immediately upon delivery

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Instead of cash refunds, a coupon of equal value may be issued in exceptional cases.

Coupon Details

  • Valid for 7 days

  • Redeemable only on the Nishat Bangladesh E-Store

  • Issued to E-Store customers only

Refund Processing (Prepaid Orders)

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original Credit/Debit Card

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days

  • If the refund is not received within this period, please check with your bank


How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • If a Nishat store is not available in your city, please email:

  • All returned or exchanged items will be inspected by the Nishat Online Warehouse Quality Control Team.

  • Items failing inspection will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Return & Exchange Shipping Policy

  • Customers must courier the product to the following address:

(Please mention the Order ID clearly on the parcel.)

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Nishat Bangladesh will bear shipping costs only if the issue is due to:

    • Damaged product

    • Incorrect item

    • Incomplete order

  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.


Delivery Timeline for Exchanges

  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on:

    • Location

    • Product availability

    • Courier service timelines


Lost Shipment Policy

  • Nishat tracks all shipments from dispatch until delivery through courier partners.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, shipment delays may occur.
